WZCC Day 2012

The World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce (WZCC) NY Chapter is organizing a WZCC DAY 2012 commencing in the afternoon of August 01, 2012, the day preceding the Congress. Add-On Options

Fezana 25th Anniversary Celebrations

Thursday August 02, 2012

The year 2012 marks the Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of the founding of FEZANA. To mark this event, an evening of Celebrations, Dinner and Dance will be organized during the Congress on Thursday August 02, 2012.

Price: $ 75 per person

An Evening In New York City

Friday August 03, 2012

Participants will have the opportunity to avail of an add-on event: An Evening In New York City. The NYC Transportation add-on option only includes bus transportation from the hotel to NYC and back.

Buses will leave promptly at 3:00 pm from the hotel and return from NYC at 11:00 pm and 1.00 am. Participants are expected to be at the location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The Congress organizing committee will negotiate discounted rates for NYC sightseeing. More information on this shall be available in the coming months. It shall be posted on the website here and also through our newsletters.

Dinner & Entertainment at The Hilton (including Dinner for FEZANA AGM Delegates)

Friday August 03, 2012

For those not visiting New York City that evening, an entertainment program and dinner will be organized at the hotel during the evening of Friday August 03, 2012.

In order to ensure a proper headcount all FEZANA AGM Delegates must select this option.

Please refer to registration and option rates and make check payable to ZAGNY.  In the memo line of the check please mention NAZC 2012. Payment must be in US Dollars either by a personal check or by cashier’s check.

If registering ONLINE:

Please click on the link at the end of the page and complete your registration online. You will have the ability to make a secure online payment with a credit/debit card at no additional cost. NAZC 2012 uses Paypal as a payment merchant and all financial transactions take place through their gateway. No financial information is ever received or stored by NAZC 2012.

 

General Instructions & Policies

Please use additional forms if registering more than four participants.

Participants up to 12 years of age will be served kids meals.

Children under 6 years of age will not be allowed in the regular Congress sessions. A Children’s Zarathushti Program will be available for ages 5–12 years at no additional cost. Baby sitting services may be provided for children 1-4 years.

Space permitting and at the discretion of the organizing committee reservations for a Banquet Only option may be made available between July 15 – 26, 2012.

 

General Registration & Cancellation Policy

A 15% penalty for cancellation requests received by 6/30/2012.

No refunds on or after 7/1/2012.

Registration and admission to various events are subject to capacity restrictions.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel any event in case of inadequate interest or circumstances beyond its control.

 

Accommodation Information

Accommodations are at the Hilton Westchester Rye Brook, 699 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY 10573.

Registrants are responsible for hotel reservations and accommodation. Registrants are advised to handle these independently.

 

Rate

Block bookings have been arranged at a very special rate of $119.00 per room (single/double/triple/quad) plus appropriate state and local taxes. In addition, these discounted rates will be offered based on availability 3 days before and 3 days after the Congress dates.  In the event a room has been requested and one checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee of $75.00 to your bill.  In order to avoid an early check-out fee please advise Hilton Rye Brook at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

 

Check-In Time

The check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.  All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Staff can arrange to check-in baggage if you arrive early when rooms are unavailable. Parking is free at the hotel.

Please request the group rate for ZAGNY or give the unique group code [ ZAG ].

In order to confirm a room assignment the Hotel will require one night’s deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of the check-in date.

Activities For Registered Children

The following activities will be provided free, at no additional cost, to all registered children. These activities will be held only if we have a sufficient number of children registered for the specific activity. The children’s program will take place concurrently with the adult sessions.  Parents must pick up their children at meal times.
